Board Meetings

The RMTD board meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:45 a.m. in the Administration Bldg. Conference Room, 520 Mulberry Street, unless otherwise noted.

If you would like to address the Board of Trustees at the scheduled Board Meeting, you are allowed five (5) minutes for your presentation. Any address to the Board of Trustees must be received at the RMTD Administrative Office in writing no later than 5:00 pm the Friday that immediately precedes the scheduled Board meeting. Your written request may be mailed or hand-delivered to RMTD: Attention Administrative Assistant, 520 Mulberry Street, Rockford, IL 61101. Meetings are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
